Kapchagay hash

Last Sunday Pumpkin Eater made a suggestion to organize a Kapchagay run on one of forthcoming weekends and even volunteered to be a hare. I just wanted to remind him about that and give my support to that bright idea.

HHH Kap-CHICK-guy run :)

Yeah I would appreciate your support Pink Traffic!!! Smiling
As I recon, we have to define how many people are coming (let all the HASHERS know one-two weeks in advance and then we'll have clear number of people, plus 5 people or so (for those who might not know or Virgins) then we can come up with an idea how we can get there (bus, van or whatever).

Next thing is that we will do one day run, so it will have to start earlier. (And I have a crazy idea that some true HASHERS can go there on Saturday evening and have sortta HHH Kap-CHICK-guy party in one of the cottages. The rest of HASHERS can come on Sunday morning. So if it works, we can start HASH at (let's say ) 12:00 or 1:00 pm and then leave at 16:00 or 17:00 on Sunday.

CumON and send me your reply. We'll come up with one great idea, talk to Grand Master and Hash Cash about our idea and CASH allowance. Then we can work on mailing HASHERS, transportation and (of course) TianShan Beer.

Hash Cash opinion

Well my fellow-hashers I cannot keep from reminding you that you've been a bit irresponsible lately. Therefore I cannot place our precious hash cash in jeopardy. However the idea itself seems to be perfectly well timed. So I suggest why don't we collect money 2 rent a car and pay 4 a cottage, so whoever can and want to go will go.
Still Hash Cash can sponsor additional beverages like champagne and cognac.

I see everybody's responded positively to Pumpkin Eater's offer. So have I. It's good idea to go there a day before, probably, to lay a trail... or something. I'm ready to pay extra money for transportation and cottage and have fun. Besides, we'll be hashing in quite different environment far away from Butakovka, Sairan and you know what I mean.

So as I see by now there are yet five people that are ready to go to HHH Kap-CHICK-guy run. Nice progress for two days, HUH!!!
I do not remember myself being "IRRESPONSIBLE" Smiling but I repeat that I can do the trail with Pink Traffic (if she still wants to DO IT!!! with me).
So what I suggest is that we have this particular run/walk on July 25, 2004. Thus we have July 11 and July 18, 2004 to announce to people that we are going to have HHH Kap-CHICK-guy run. (I'm not saying anything about the messages that we can send)
And as far as I'm concerned one week will do fine to make all the logistics and precious purchases for the forthcoming HHH Kap-CHICK-guy run.
IF the idea with an HHH Kap-CHICK-guy run Party on Saturday evening of July 24, 2004 is OK we can work on it.
I need to know then, how many people are coming on Saturday. That's what I have two weeks for too...

If I understand you correctly my good sir PE you are volunteering to designate yourself as a person in charge-aka VERY RESPONSIBLE hasher who will organize everything (with due assistance from our side certainly).
Could you plzz confirm that so we can make an official announcement?
